Valencia Basket tests its recovery capacity on the court of FC Bayern Munich

Less than two days after the overtime win against Panathinaikos Athens, Valencia Basket men's team hits the road again for the first of two away-games in a row this week, visiting FC Bayern Munich’s court (Thursday 15, 8:30 p.m., Audi Dome, DAZN/Movistar+ dial 65) in a game corresponding to round 14 of the highest European competition.

 

The Taronja squad will try to recover all the energy possible to maintain the good feelings of the last two games at La Fonteta on a night in which captain Bojan Dubljevic can become the first player to reach the figure of 100 Euroleague games with the Valencia Basket jersey.

 

It will be the fourth visit to the Audi Dome to face the German team, a court from which the Taronja team won in their first two visits but where they fell in the most recent precedent.

 

The expedition headed to Munich this afternoon with the thirteen players available, without Chris Jones of whom coach Mumbrú said in the pre-game press conference that the best thing for him would be to rest in Germany to discharge his right knee which is giving him problems.

 

The known absences of the long-term injured Millán Jiménez, Sam Van Rossom and Martin Hermannsson remain.

 

Valencia Basket begins this round located in the 12th position with a balance of 6-7.
